A ház egy földszinti és egy emeleti részből áll. A tulajdonos a földszinten lakik. Az emeleti része kiadó, amely a ház déli oldalán helyezkedik el, maximum 8 fő részére. A ház északi részén, az emeleten 2 apartman található. Mindkét apartman maximum 2 fő részére kiadó. Az emelethez külön feljáró tartozik. A ház telkén található még egy kisház, amely maximum 3 fő részére kiadó. A strand közvetlenül a telek mellett, a háztól kb. 20 méterre helyezkedik el. A kerthasználat, a parkolási és grillezési lehetőség biztosítva van, a gyerekek zavartalanul játszhatnak. A közelben kb. 50 méterre a háztól éttermek, boltok találhatóak. A kert rendkívül ápolt. A berendezés modern, ízléses és kényelmes. A háziállat nem megengedett. Az ágynemű és egyéb költségek benne foglaltatnak az árban.

The house has two storeys. The owner lives upstairs. The upper storey in the southern part of the house is to let for 8 people at the most. In the northern part of the house there are 2 apartments upstairs. Both apartments are to let for maximum 2 people. There is a separate entrance to the upper storey. Near the house you can find another small house which is to let for 3 people at the most. The beach can be found right next to the plot, about 20 metres from the house. A garden, parking places and barbecue facilities are available for guest and playing opportunities for their children. Nearby (about 50 metres) there are restaurants and shops. The garden is extremely well-kept. The house is modernly, tastily and comfortably furnished. Pets are not allowed. Bed-clothes and other additional charges are included in the rates.
