A nyaralóházban található nappali (50m2), kábel TV, felszerelt amerikai konyha, 3 hálószoba, fürdőszoba (fürdőkádda, káddal, mosogéppel), 2 mosdóhelység, 3 toalett, kerti tusoló és 2 terasz (2 x 18m2) kerti bútorokkal. A nyaralóház hangulatos udvarán kerti bútor, grillezési és biztonságos autóparkolási lehetőség van. Motoros távvezérelt kapunyitás. Hangulatos pincénkben saját termelésű borainkból, borkostolóval kedveskedünk vendégeink részére.

The Andrea-Villa facing the Balaton Lake is an independent, 118 sq meter weekend house, with its two floors, a 55 m2 living room including a well American type kitchen, and dining section, 3 bedrooms, one bathrooms, 2 wash-hand basin and 3 toilets. The Andra-Villa offers a comfortable accommodation for 6 persons ( 5 adults + 1 child ). In an extra case we can receive 6 persons, using the sofa as a bed, located in the living room. We have a cable-TV with english and germany language program. It also has an outside shower, a 18 m2 balcony and a terrace of the same size. There is parking place for two car inside the garden. Grilling opportunity and garden future is also provided. The Villa is located 700 meters from the Balaton Lake, where you can enjoy a free of charge and two public beach. About 300 meters from the house there is a small supermarket and restaurant.
