The orderform consists of 3 parts: 1. On the upper part you will find a brief summery on the e-bélyegző and the instruction on how to place the order. You keep this part. 2. The middle part is the actual orderform. 3. On the lower part you will find certificates for two different method of payment: CASH REMITTANCE COMMISSION or BANK TRANSFER COMMISSION. We would like to kindly warn you that all 3 parts of the orderform is identified by the same serial number (customer code). If you make an error while filling out the orderform or choosing the convenient commission, you will need to fill out another orderform with the relating commission part. Make sure that all parts have the same serial numbers, because we only accept the order if the serial numbers are identical on both parts! In the case of several orders, several orderforms should be completed.
