Újonnan épült apartman házunk Keszthely dél-keleti városrészében a villanegyedben helyezkedik el a Balatontól /szabadstrandtól /3 percnyi sétára.Gyönyörűen gondozott 1300 m2 zártkertben 3db 4 fős apartman, valamint 1 db kétágyas szoba fürdőszobával áll az Önök rendelkezésére.Az apartmanok 40-50 m2 alapterületen teljes komforttal rendelkeznek /SatTV, mosogatógép, hűtöszekrény, kávéfőző, mikrohullám stb./Beosztásukat tekintve nappali-konyha közös légtérben, 2 személyes kihúzható kanapéval, valamint 2 személyes hálószoba franciaággyal ill.fürdőszoba tusolóval WC található mindhárom apartmanban.Az összesen 14 fő elhelyezésére szolgáló épülethez 8x4x1, 5 m-es medence, napozóágyakkal, zuhannyal, grillkert, 80 m2-es burkolt sportolásra alkalmas tér /asztalitenisz, kosárlabda, tollaslabda stb/, valamint fedett gépkocsibeálló tartozik. Keszthely is the capital town of Lake Balaton, it is located on the north-eastern coastal sector of the Lake. Our newly-built apartment house can be found in the south-eastern section of the town, in the so-called affluent suburb, about three minutes walk, or 200 meters from the free beach of Lake Balaton. We provide our quests with a closed yard of 1300 m? including parking place, sports facilities (biking, table-tennis, basket-ball, ) and a grill-garden for the quests. Over and above of bathing in Lake Balaton a new private swimming-pool of 8 x 4 meter in the yard offers an additional pleasant refreshment. In the main building there are three apartments with 40- 60 m? floor-space each. In every apartment there are a bedroom, a bathroom, a WC., a living-room and a kitchen with modern household appliances for four persons. In the apartments the guests find a (SAT) colour TV-set, a fridge freezer, a dish washer machine, a microwave cooker, a coffee percolator making the holiday free from care. We are waiting for our quests longing for relaxation all the year round.
