A MERA a Trans World Radio (TWR) partnerszervezete, amely a világ egyik legnagyobb rádiója. A TWR szerte a világon több, mint 180 nyelven sugározza Isten igéjét. Ennek a munkának a részese a MERA a magyar nyelvterületen. A Magyar Evangéliumi Rádió Alapítvány (MERA) azzal a fő célkitűzéssel alakult, hogy a rádió eszközeivel elősegítse a Jézus Krisztusról szóló örömhír és a keresztyén életszemlélet terjesztését.

The Hungarian Evangelical Radio Foundation (MERA) is an undenominational evangelical radio station. MERA is a partner organiztion of Trans World Radio (TWR) that is one of the largest radio station in the world. TWR boradcasts God's World more that 180 languages and dialects all over the world. MERA is a part of that work in Hungarian language area. The Hungarian Evangelical Radio Foundation (MERA) was established with the aim to promote the extension of Good News about Jesus Christ and the view of Christian life by the tools of radio broadcasting. In order to reach this aim, our task is to support Christian communities and individuals, and people who are opened to the Gospel and need help to fulfil their mission in society; to educate young people and to form their attitude to life; to take up people spiritually on the border of society; to give advice and keep contact by regular correspondence and conference organising; and so on.
