MERTCONTROL MINŐSÉGELLENŐRZŐ ZÁRTKÖRŰEN MŰKÖDŐ RÉSZVÉNYTÁRSASÁG

A MERTCONTROL Minőségellenőrző Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság 1951-ben alapított független és semleges minőségellenőrző szervezet. 1998-ig a magyar állam tulajdonában volt a Társaság, majd privatizálták. 1999-ben csatlakozott a BSI (British Standards Institution) vállalatcsoporthoz - amely az Egyesült Királyság piacvezető szabványosító és tanúsító szervezete - ezáltal az Inspectorate cégcsoporthoz is, mely a BSI minőségellenőrzéssel foglalkozó divíziója volt.

A MERTCONTROL Minőségellenőrző Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság több mint 50 éve alapított, független ellenőrző és vizsgáló szervezet. Minőségellenőri tevékenysége átöleli az ipar és az agrárium szinte teljes vertikumát. Az Inspectorate csoport világhálózatának tagjaként külföldi megbízásokat is tud teljesíteni. Ennek megfelelően a cég ügyfelei főként magyar és nemzetközi gyártó, kereskedő és szállítmányozó vállalatok, illetve növénytermesztéssel és takarmánygyártással foglalkozó cégek. Szervezeti egységei Szállítmányellenőrzés, Elektromos és Gépipar, és Vegyi laboratórium.

Mertcontrol Quality Control Close Company Limited by Shares was established as an independently and uncommitted quality control organization. Until the privatization in 1998 the owner of the company was the Hungarian state. In 1999 Mertcontrol joined BSI (British Standards Institution) Group ? which is the main body of standardization and quality certification in the UK. This also meant that Mertcontrol became a member of the Inspectorate Group as later, was the quality control division of BSI. As a result of a successful acquisition, in 2005 the Inspectorate group with all its representations in 106 countries, has undergone a change in ownership i.e. the British INSPICIO Plc became the new owner of the group. In 2006 the Inspectorate has become the exclusive owner of Mertcontrol by the purchasing the shares still owned by the Hungarian State. The facade of our company has changed considerably but the services to our present and future partners are being executed on a regular high standard as before. Mertcontrol operates a quality control system certified by Det Norske Veritas matching the prescriptions of MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001, thus guaranteeing the quality of provided services. The international network of the Inspectorate Group makes it possible for us to offer our services to partners all over the world and also offer tailor-made packages on a high level. Mertcontrol CCLS offers such quality control services to the participants of the economy that decreases the responsibility of Sellers/Buyers and so increases the reliance in goods.
