Kerti faházak Napjaink családi házainál számtalanszor előfordul, hogy az épület tervezésekor nem jutott hely a kert eszközei számára. A fűnyíró, sövényvágó, kerti bútorok tárolása nehéz feladat egy olyan épületben, ahol a gépkocsi tárolóban csak autónknak maradt hely. Az épület stílusához illeszkedő toldaléképület építése ugyan megoldást jelenthet, de a hagyományos szerkezettel épülő toldalék vagy melléképület építésével járó felfordulást mindenki szeretné elkerülni. A kerti szerszámtároló faházak nagyszerűen illeszkednek kertünkbe. Felépítésükhöz elegendő 1-2 nap. Egyedi elképzeléseket is meg tudunk valósítani, a típusházak irányadóak. Árképzésünknél a beépített faanyagok mennyisége a mérvadó, az egyedi épületeknek nincsen felára. Szerkezetüket tekintve, 40 mm vastag gerendából készülnek, nútolt, végeiken csapos kötéssel. A tetőszerkezet hossztoldott, ragasztott tartókra támaszkodik. 18 mm vastag lambéria burkolatra 12 mm OSB lap terítést készítünk. Ez az aljzata a bádogozásnak, amelynek anyaga tetszőlegesen választható. Az épületek fedésére az általunk javasolt tetőfedő anyag a bitumenes zsindely. A beépített faanyagok mindegyike szárított, gomba és csíramentes. Felületkezelésük azonban elengedhetetlen. A faanyagok megfelelő védelmével az élettartamuk 60-80 évre is kitolható. Our company is engaged in designing and manufacturing log-wall structure wooden houses. According to their function these wood-houses can be sheds, garages, fishermen''s cottages, saunas, summer houses and even houses for residential purpose. The base material of our wooden houses is spurce cut down in the upland forests of the Carpathians. The specically assorted, dried, planed, etched units are joined by dove-tail method. At the wall-endings we apply dowel jointings for the shifted units. The wall thickness can be 40, 60, 80, 100 mm. Considering the lifetime of such houses smaller cross sections are not recommended. The stability of our buildings is outstanding due to the joins'' high level of endurance. The roof structure is supported by verge-boardings and purlins. Bituminous shingle roofing is recommended with appropriate tinning. The floor is covered by 20 or 30 mm thick floor bounds, laid on the floor joist. Buildings that function as a residential house or cottage, can be insulated on all surfaces. The insulating value exceeds that of the conventional building materials (brick, concrete, gas concrete). To visualise our clients'' individual ideas we support the planning process with computer-aided design views. After preliminary survey on the site erecting of the building takes a short time. Buildings are delivered to the site in loads including all the units. The wood is germ-proof and free from fungi and insects, but after the assembly it needs a surface treatment.
