The plastic industrial enterprise was established in the second part of 1997 In the first year the test of the tools and the manufacturing of trial series characterized the firm In the second part of 1997 the firm began to take part in manufacturing of parts of lawn mowers for the MTD Hungary and parts of the automation for the Flexmont In the later half of 1999 we took part in a German electronic parts assembling enterprise, and we contributed to the manufacturing of the products of a Slovenian sunshade enterprise In 2000 we undertook the complete manufacturing of machine industrial parts for a Dutch company

Az első évben zömében a szerszámkészítő vállalkozások szerszámpróbái és nullszériás gyártása volt jellemző. Az 1998 -as év második felében bekapcsolódott az MTD Hungária fűnyíró alkatrészeivel, a Flexmont automatikai alkatrészeivel. 1999 második felében egy német elektronikai alkarész összeszerelő vállalkozás illetve egy szlovén napernyő-készítő termékei, 2000 -ben pedig egy holland gépipari alkatrészek komplett gyártása volt jellemző. A vállalkozás dinamikusan fejlődik. A gyártó gépek egységesen Németországból származnak, műszaki állaguk maximálisan a kor követelményeinek megfelelő. A felhasznált alapanyagok 80% -a a műszaki alapanyagok kategóriájába tartozik. A telephely Veszprém megyében, Nagyvázsonyban található. A vállalkozás tulajdonosa 20 éve a műanyagiparban tevékenykedik.
