Cégünk fő tevékenysége ipari területek értékesítése és beruházások megvalósításában történő tanácsadás. 2003. évi egyik legnagyobb beruházásunk a LÉBÉNYI IPARI PARK területén található Renault márkaképviselet, ún. truck-bázis, melyet a Somlai Truck Kft. bérel. Fontosnak tartottuk az Ipari Park helyszínének kiválasztásánál, hogy olyan csomópontot találjunk, mely könnyen megközelíthető haszongépjárművel fuvarozó ügyfelek számára. Az Ipari Park földrajzi fekvése kiváló, Pozsony 66, Bécs 108, sőt Budapest sem sokkal messzebb, csak 141 kilométerre van. Vegyük a Győr, Mosonmagyaróvár, Csorna háromszöget, épp középen helyezkedik el Lébény. A 13500 négyzetméteres telken mintegy félmilliárdos beruházás eredményeképpen egy XXI. századi haszongépjármű-bázis nőtte ki magát néhány hónap alatt a földből.

As a result of an investment of more than half a million, a truck-base of the 21st century on almost 13.500 m2 was born within a few months.
