Our company, Zmax Ltd., based in Hungary, was founded in 1999 with solely Hungarian owners. It specializes in the distribution and wholesale of electronic security and automation products. A few years after the formation the company started its import activity, which resulted in the strengthening of its position in the market and has confirmed Zmax as one of the dominant participants in the Hungarian security industry. Following our success and growth in Hungary we commenced our export activity, aiming mainly at the neighbouring countries in Eastern-Europe. Due to the increased demands and market opportunities we decided to have our own company in Romania and in 2004 we founded Zmax S.r.l. Seeing the development of the company we have come to the decision to use the successful business model in Ukraine and Russia by utilizing the expertise gained through our professional calling. Thus we established our Ukrainian subsidiary, Tov. Zmax, and our Moscow-based import company. In each country the sole secret to our success is that we offer products of outstanding quality with technical support provided by the central headquarters which is unmatched in the region.
